Requirements:
- Minimum of two years experience.
- With food & beverage service knowledge and experience.
- Cocktail making experience.
- A positive & proactive attitude.
- Team player, and solution focused.
- Has excellent customer care skills.
- Maintain high levels of service and standards.
- Ability to work calmly in a high paced environment.
- Ability to work on their own in quieter times.
- Flexibility in shift pattern.
- Knowledge of opening and closing procedures.
- Eligible to work in Ireland immediately.
- This position will be ideally suited to a friendly & sociable person who is looking for a new challenge.

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Ensure customer satisfaction through promoting excellent service; respond to customer complaints tactfully and professionally.
- Maintain quality control for all drinks served.
- Excellent product knowledge to allow menu development, upselling & training.
- Project future needs & ordering for goods, bar supplies, and cleaning products; order accordingly.
- Maintain health and safety regulation standards.
- Seek ways to cut waste and decrease operational costs.
Requirements and Qualifications:
- Significant work experience in the hospitality industry.
- Strong working knowledge of food and beverage service.
- A positive & proactive thinker.
- Must have authorisation to work in Ireland and start work immediately.
